Job Description:

As an HR and Culture Support Specialist, you will oversee various aspects of HR processes and support company culture initiatives. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, managing employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding tasks, and handling employee inquiries. You will also play a key role in developing and executing internal events and initiatives aimed at fostering team-building and enhancing company culture.

Requirements:

• Bilingual is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in HR administration or related role
• Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (Depending on Experience)
