About the Opportunity:

Department: Finance/Revenue Operations

Reports to: Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing Salesforce opportunity records with weekly Finance Audit.
• Assist with cleansing & deduping CRM data, research & recommend changes to maintain data cleanliness going forward.
• Document process changes in RevOps Confluence space.

• Research & provide feedback to management regarding current processes and documentation. 
• Review and validate cross-system mapping in Business Intelligence data stack.
• Contribute to current RevOps processes.
• May include other duties as assigned by Manager.

Position Requirements:

• Available to work 10 - 15 hours per week in the Santa Barbara Office. 
• Must be a critical thinker, and a detail-oriented problem-solver
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Slides)
• An interest to learn about CRM and Business Intelligence systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and analyze problems without extensive context
• Curious and quick learner, with a healthy dose of initiative
• Excellent time management skills, able to efficiently prioritize tasks and remain flexible
• Enjoy a fast-paced and team-based environment with the ability to create a positive environment facing adversities
