About the Opportunity:

Department: Professional Services

Responsibilities:

• Be a team member of the PS Team, that oversees all Warehouse Management Software (WMS) or Transportation Management Software (TMS) Implementations for our customers.
• Learn about state of the art systems, Implementation processes and customer service standards
• Learn to think like an implementation Engineer 
• Assist in configuring items, bins, and other WMS and TMS components within the ShipHawk system for customers who are in an active implementation
• Test new Linux platform environments (we will guide you through this)

• Provide feedback to management regarding relevant documentation updates. 
• May include other duties as assigned by Professional Services leadership

Position Requirements:

• Available to work 10 - 15 hours per week in the Santa Barbara Office. 
• Must be a critical thinker, and a detail-oriented problem-solver
• Experience with saas software integrations is a bonus but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and analyze problems without extensive context
• Curious and quick learner, with a healthy dose of initiative
• Excellent time management skills, able to efficiently prioritize tasks and remain flexible
