Role Description:
The Stock Plan Administrator is responsible for administering equity compensation plans such as long-term incentive equity grants and/or employee stock purchase plans. This role manages the tools and systems for administering stock plans, participant communications, and ensuring plan compliance with regulations. This role will also be responsible for delivering process and program enhancements to ensure effective and timely administration of equity compensation plans.
