REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience : 1-4 years of experience managing equity and stock plan management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with management of U.S. 401(k) plan and non-qualified Deferred Compensation program, including contribution funding, employee communications and other compliance related duties.
• Assist with management of the employee stock purchase plan
• Assist in management of the equity grant and vesting process, among other equity administration duties
• Executive benefit plan administration, including renewals and implementation
• Administration of spending account programs and funding
• Manage vendor integration issues
• Respond to employee, HR, and employee inquiries regarding these programs
• Other benefits projects and duties, as needed
