Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our customers. If you have a strong culinary background and a love for Japanese cuisine, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present sushi dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Assist in menu planning and development of new sushi dishes
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Train and mentor junior sushi chefs as required

Skills:
- Proven experience working in the food industry, preferably as a Sushi Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and sushi preparation methods
- Ability to create visually appealing and delicious sushi dishes
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
