Position Description: Overview
We are seeking a Manager of Workforce Strategy & Operations Excellence to join our Corporate Operations team. This role is ideal for an analytical and communicative leader committed to driving optimized operating results within labor management and labor effectiveness. You'll be instrumental in building labor management systems, standardizing reporting, and executing cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Implement global category strategies, including regional adaptations, focusing on labor management and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage workforce management programs, integrating labor standards, data analytics, and reporting.
  • Design reporting systems for insightful labor performance analysis.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for labor, scheduling, and contingent labor workforce management across various operational units.
  • Lead functional execution and deployment of initiatives and rollout plans.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and coach teams on Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Engage with leadership in operational projects, acting as a bridge between customer VOC and operational teams.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 3 years in workforce management, with expertise in enterprise-level labor management & scheduling systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Skills: Proven experience in hotel operations, analytical systems development, and project management.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead diverse teams and foster an inclusive culture of excellence.
