Schedule:
- Shift: 5:45 pm - 6:15 am, C Shift (Rotating 12-hour shifts, every other weekend off!)
- Safety First: Adherence to plant safety procedures, including knowledge of emergency protocols, utilization of PPE, and active engagement in safety improvements like hazard identification and safety teams.
- Preventative Maintenance: Routine execution of preventative maintenance plans to guarantee machine functionality and efficiency, as well as the overall upkeep of the facility.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Swift diagnosis of mechanical problems, informed decision-making for solutions, and proficient repair or replacement of defective parts. This role requires using a range of tools from hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electrical testing devices.
- Quality Maintenance: Upholding plant quality practices, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), contributing to the high-standard production environment.
- Collaborative Effort: Assistance in various tasks as requested by colleagues, fostering a team-oriented work atmosphere.
- 1-2 years experience in a mechanical maintenance role.
- A proactive approach to health and safety protocols.
- Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance strategies.
