Staff Salesforce Solution Architect

Shift4 is expanding globally and we are standing up our Salesforce teams! The Solution Architect (SA) has direct ownership over Salesforce.com solutions and strategy within the assigned org. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and have a direct impact on major solutions and designs! The SA will collaborate in an agile manner to solution business use cases, user stories and resolve development blockers

This role can be remote or hybrid / onsite based at any of the following Shift4 locations: Las Vegas, NV (Preferred) / Center Valley, PA (Headquarters) / Tampa, FL 

Day to day activities will include:,

• Act as a Salesforce Technical SME to inform business stakeholders of OTB Salesforce functionality as it relates to their business needs. 
• Refine/Groom technical user stories alongside product owners to fill the backlog. 
• Work as part of an agile team to resolve development blockers.
• Make key build/buy and OTB/Custom recommendations.
• Create and maintain design and architecture documentation.
• Work with other technology groups to provide SFDC perspective on integrations and downstream system impact

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with at least a Platform Developer II certification. 
• Developer background with an emphasis on APEX
• Agile experience is a must

Skills that are a plus to have 

• System Architect preferred.
• CPQ Certification Preferred
