SHI International is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Near Austin, TX

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the process and assist with the administrative needs of recruitment for SHI’s Talent Acquisition Team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will source potential candidates, perform data entry, and attend networking events in partnership with Talent Acquisition Specialists and other members of the Talent Acquisition Team.This position will be required to report to the SHI office location in Somerset, NJ or Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Source resumes utilizing provided resources
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks for job descriptions provided/assigned (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed, Glassdoor, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
  • Match resumes/skills/talent with job profiles
  • Maintain data/stats on work completed 
  • Provide weekly updates and progress reports 
  • Develop creative sourcing avenues/techniques to benefit priority openings
  • Navigate and administer the iCIMS ATS platform for reporting, candidate management, requisition management, onboarding, and housekeeping
  • Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with the offer and new hire onboarding processes 
  • Promote Employer Brand and Employee Referral Program with new hires 
  • Attend Career Fairs and Networking Events to promote SHI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and accurately managing data 
  • Previous experience troubleshooting issues with customers or candidates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

  • Familiarity with SharePoint, OneNote, and Applicant Tracking Systems

  • The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
