ESSENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day so operational demand may require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.

• No previous experience required.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
• Able to provide up to date Utah food handlers permit.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
• Delivers customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with guests.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with management, coworkers, public etc.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep store operating to standard.
• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
