Responsibilities:
- Greet and take customer orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Assist with food preparation, such as sandwiches or pastries
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a barista
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operation
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Note: Experience with Aloha POS is a plus but not required.
