Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team in . As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events, including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, decor, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop event marketing strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the event
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event management or related field
- Strong knowledge of event planning processes and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using event management software or tools
- Familiarity with banquet operations is a plus
