Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium -... is Hiring an Assistant Event Coordinator/Intern Near Indianapolis, IN
This position assists in supervising the operation and implementation of events under the general supervision of Event Coordinators, Event Managers and Senior Event Manager.
This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company polices and procedures. Ideal candidates with be current Event Management students in their sophomore or junior year.
Must be available to work onsite year round.
DUTIES:
- Communicate with on-site clients to assist in the floor-operations of one or more events.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events as requested.
- Assist the Event Management staff with entering information into event software (Ungerboeck) and creating drawings in AutoCAD.
- Other duties as assigned by Event Management.
