The Baltimore City Outpatient Mental Health Center offers a wide variety of mental health and substance use services for clients of all ages. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can access the care they need to thrive.
What to expect.
You will oversee the day-to-day operation of our outpatient mental health center in Baltimore City. You will manage staff, clinic operations, clinical care, and financial objectives, while also providing direct clinical services.
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Providing leadership and crisis management while driving program growth and success.
  • Supervising professional treatment teams and program support staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations .
  • Overseeing clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership and training to ensure excellent clinical care, customer services, and compliance.
  • Coordinating workflows with other Sheppard Pratt clinics, focusing on standardization of operations and change management .
  • Ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements , CARF regulations, and business workflows.

What we need from you.
  • Social worker
    • A master's degree
    • Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
  • Counselor
    • A master's degree
    • Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Psychologist
    • A doctorate degree in Psychology (PsyD) or a doctorate degree in Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology
    • Maryland Licensed Psychologist
