Clinical Director

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall clinical operations of the organization
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, including Licensed and unlicensed direct care staff and medical administrative support personnel
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes
- Manage the financial aspects of clinical operations, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management
- Utilize utilization management techniques to optimize resource allocation and patient care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in clinical management

Skills:
- Office management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of acute care practices and procedures
- Experience in practice management, including scheduling, patient flow, and medical record management
- Proficient in medical management principles, including quality improvement initiatives and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team of clinical professionals
- Knowledge of medical administrative support functions, such as coding, billing, and insurance verification
- Familiarity with financial management principles, including budgeting and revenue cycle management
- Understanding of managed care concepts and utilization management strategies
- Current licensure as a LCPC or LCSW-C board approved supervisor.

Pay: $87,348.00 - $101,030.00 per year
