ShelterPoint Life Insurance is Hiring a Manager, Channel Partner Near Garden, NY

Job Summary:

Delivers enhanced services for key accounts and channel partnerships

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Partners with AVP to further develop and expand Channel partners and GA relationships
  • Builds lasting, reciprocal relationships with Channel Partners through open communications around mutual objectives
  • Understands requirements of partners and assists AVP in developing and implementing solutions to meet those requirements
  • Collaborates with EVP, Director, Sales, and Marketing towards enhancing current service deliverables and tools to deliver best in class client experience.
  • Conducts proactive routine calls with key accounts on regularly scheduled basis to promote SP brands and uncover potential service issues.
  • Performs routine field visits to GA’s and attends partner, client, or general trade show visits on as needed basis.
  • Updates Channel Partners and Key Clients on company and product developments;
  • Acts as central point of contact for designated key accounts. Handles all escalated service and/or post sale inquiries timely and in accordance with company protocol and procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of ShelterPoint’s products, services and business processes; including claims processing, underwriting, and operational capabilities
  • Generates reports to track activity and results;
  • Collaborates with internal departments and stakeholders on all business items
  • Meet objectives & goals set forth by management

Teams:

  • Participate in the Core Sales bi-weekly staff meeting
  • Occasional attendance at Sales & Marketing Leadership meeting
  • Participate on a variety of EPO work groups as needed

  • College Degree
