```Duties```
- Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments to patients and their families to identify emotional, social, and environmental factors impacting their health and well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address identified needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate and facilitate patient care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients and families experiencing acute emotional distress or trauma.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health concerns and promote emotional well-being.
- Utilize evidence-based psychotherapy techniques to assist patients in managing symptoms related to mental health conditions.
- Advocate for patients' rights and access to appropriate resources within the healthcare system.
- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to facilitate referrals for additional support services.
- Stay current on best practices in social work, clinical counseling, and mental health treatment through ongoing professional development.
```Requirements```
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW) or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience in providing care for individuals with PTSD, crisis management, and trauma-informed care is highly desired.
- Proficiency in conducting clinical assessments using diagnostic tools such as ICD-10 and ICD-9.
- Strong knowledge of individual and group counseling techniques, as well as clinical research methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
