**Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, hospice care needs, and dementia. **Duties:** - Provide direct care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities - Administer medications following prescribed dosages and schedules - Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team - Assist with medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records - Perform caregiving tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients - Provide specialized care for patients requiring hospice or dementia care **Experience:** The successful candidate should possess the following skills: - Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities - Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation - Knowledge of medication administration procedures - Familiarity with dementia care practices - Ability to accurately record and maintain medical records - Competency in monitoring vital signs This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients in need of specialized care.
