Job Description:
As a General Contractor specializing in Metal building construction, you will oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of metal building projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Lead the overall planning, scheduling, and execution of metal building construction projects.
2. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the construction process.
3. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
4. Team Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to ensure seamless communication and efficient project progress.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:
