Job Description:
As a General Contractor specializing in Metal building construction, you will oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of metal building projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead the overall planning, scheduling, and execution of metal building construction projects.

2. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the construction process.

3. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

4. Team Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to ensure seamless communication and efficient project progress.

5. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

6. Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all team members and subcontractors.

7. Timeline Adherence: Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

8. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project-related challenges to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.

9. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change orders.

Qualifications:

1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in metal buildings construction, with a track record of successfully completed projects.

2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead project teams to successful project completion.

5. Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying and solving complex construction-related problems in real-time.

6. Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
