A local real estate investment and property management firm in Lakeland, FL is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee a diverse portfolio of real estate development and property management projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of project lifecycles, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and closeout, while ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage multiple real estate development and property management projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Proficient in conducting regular maintenance activities on job sites to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards are upheld
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, zoning requirements, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of real estate investment principles, property development processes, and project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed

What You Can Expect

• $60 – $80k/annually, based on experience
• Regular schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
