Position Summary:
As the Assistant Business Office Manager, reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will ensure the provision of quality care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations while supporting your team.
Essential Duties include the following:
Provide outstanding customer service to residents regarding account and billing inquiries.
Serve as principal telephone and office receptionist during business hours.
Recording payments received by residents.
Assist with processing invoices/purchase orders, including researching and resolving discrepancies.
Facilitate online and other training for new and existing employees including orientation.
Maintain all employment records.
Perform conflict intervention and resolutions for customers, families, employees and others as needed.
Assist in overseeing the functions of the business office including assisting with employee and resident files, obtaining and entering insurance information, and assisting with human resources issues.
Make banking deposits, maintain and record petty cash money and receipts.
Order office supplies as needed.
Perform necessary typing and copy work for correspondence, memos, notices, reports and manuals as necessary.
Help sort mail to the appropriate recipients.
Other duties as assigned.
