Manager Responsibilities:

• Organizing employees’ shifts.
• Oversee and maintain cleanliness of the salon.
• Oversee daily salon operations.
• Ongoing hiring and training licensed stylists, as needed.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Ability to work with kids.

Manager Qualifications:

• Must have an active cosmetology or barbering license in the state of Texas.
• Positive and fun attitude!
