Shared Success Center is Hiring a Business Transformation Analyst Near Prairie, MN
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
- Articulate complex and technical language with non-technical audiences in a manner that is clear, concise, and value added to these audiences.
- Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes, provide recommendations, and implement improvements.
- Support operational excellence reporting and analysis including report development and modeling.
- Analyze data, make recommendations and comments, and present to the leadership team for business planning & development.
- Perform routine to more complex reporting and analysis while making recommendations that best meet business objectives.
- Lead a variety of projects, which may involve developing solutions for problems within the business by effectively summarizing and communicating results.
- Identify and recommend changes to policies, procedures, and business models. Provide accurate, timely & responsive services to the business.
- Perform additional duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in business or financial analysis.
- Experience with Oracle Database, SQL Database, or similar relational databases.
- Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of business systems, processes, data, and user needs.
- Strong technical skills and aptitude to learn new systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Power Query and VBA programming preferred.
