Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at Eide Ford Lincoln, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in the auto industry. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position, with a competitive annual salary and benefits package, located in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,000, paid semi-monthly. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Eide Ford Lincoln
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, including pricing, availability, and features
- Scheduling service appointments and providing updates on vehicle repairs
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal customer service experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
