Eide Ford is looking for a Delivery Coordinator/ Sales Manager Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who values customer service and looking for a long-term career opportunity. Automotive sales experience is not necessary, however, previous experience in sales or customer service-related industries is helpful.

What We’re Looking For:

• As a Delivery Coordinator/ Sales Manager Assistant, you will be in contact with our customers after they purchase a new vehicle and you will build strong customer relationships that are based on authentic ongoing engagement. 
• You'll be helping with vehicle descriptions, bookouts, photos, etc. All of which we will train you on. 
• You’ll be instrumental in helping increase overall store sales. You will be working for an established and growing company that prides itself on providing its employees with a supportive family environment that encourages personal initiative and professional growth. Previous experience in automotive sales is not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers in a professional manner via: phone, text, email and in person.
• Prepare vehicles for demonstration drives. This would include: warming up vehicles, filling vehicles with gas and ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable for our customers. 
• Organize necessary delivery paperwork for customers and Eide staff.
• Transport vehicles to our wash bay facility.
• Deliver sold vehicles to customers and further explain vehicle features and technology in a professional manner. 
• Transport customer vehicles for accessories installation. 
• Maintain vehicle descriptions and book values for website.
• Help Process new vehicle inventory.

Qualifications:

• 21 Years of age and older.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Available to work 8-5. Nights and weekends optional. Not necessary unless preferred. 
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Background in sports or other competitive environments a plus but not required. 
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (Background Check).
