**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a 1099 position and fully commission based. Compensation solely dependant upon performance.

**Duties:**

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

- Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell products or services.

- Manage a sales pipeline to track interactions with potential customers.

- Conduct outside sales visits to engage with clients.

- Provide product knowledge and information to customers.

- Use retail math principles to calculate pricing and discounts.

- Deliver exceptional public speaking presentations at events or meetings.

- Learn inspection process for storm related damage, maintenance needs, and areas of opportunities around a home.

- Learn and assist in the navigation of filing an insurance claim if damage is observed.

**Qualifications:**

- The ability to lift and transport an extension ladder will be necessary for inspections.

- Climbing ladders and walking roofs will be necessary for performing inspections.

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with clients.

- Previous sales experience, preferably in construction and roofing.

- Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.

- Proficiency in retail math calculations for pricing and discounts.

- Comfortable with public speaking engagements.
