Job Title: Roofing Sales Representative

Position Overview: As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our roofing services. If you are a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. No prior experience in roofing sales is required; we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. *This position is in-person, with no option for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct on-site assessments and inspections to determine roofing needs and provide accurate estimates.
• Present roofing solutions to clients, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience in roofing sales required.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of roofing materials and systems (an asset but not mandatory).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
