Shadeotech is Hiring a Residential Sales Representative Near Carrollton, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential clients in residential areas through door-to-door sales.
- Introduce and sell our unique and competitively priced window covering products to homeowners.
- Travel within an assigned local territory to meet with prospective customers.
- Conduct professional, friendly, and engaging product demonstrations.
- Overcome sales challenges and adapt to a dynamic and sometimes repetitive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $2,500 per month, contingent upon achieving a minimum of $10,000 in sales. To put this into perspective, the average house sale for our products is around $10,000.
- Commission: Earn commissions on all sales, with the percentage increasing based on sales volume.
- Additional Incentives: High achievers are rewarded with all-expense-paid trips, vacations, fancy dinners, premium electronic devices, and a company-paid Tesla or another car of your choice.
- Unlimited Earning Potential: The more you sell, the more you earn—there is no ceiling on potential earnings.
Qualifications:
- No prior sales experience is necessary; in-depth in-house training will be provided.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
