The Outside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing services and exceed client expectations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements in line with company policies and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.
Outside Sales Representative Requirements :
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing services, including temporary and contingent workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
