Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing sushi dishes.

Duties:
- Prepare sushi dishes following traditional and modern recipes
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Handle and maintain kitchen equipment, including knives and specialized tools
- Collaborate with the culinary team for menu planning and special events
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist in catering events and ensuring high-quality food presentation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role in the food industry
- Proficiency in sushi preparation techniques and knife skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in meal preparation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in menu planning and dietary department operations
