SGM is Hiring a Front Office Executive Near Dalton, GA
- Greet and welcome visitors, ascertain the nature of their business, and direct them accordingly.
- Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect them to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the management team.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with travel arrangements for the management team and other staff members.
- Ensure the security of the office by monitoring access and maintaining visitor logs.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
