Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing accounting and billing, HR responsibilities, and supervising an office staff of 18 employees. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage office staff, including administrative assistants.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee budgeting and financial management, including expense tracking and invoice processing
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Collaborate with firm principals to streamline processes and overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with QuickBooks or similar software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in architectural firm management is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 10 years of experience minimum.
No remote position, in office required.
