**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, food handling, and restaurant management, with exceptional customer service skills. **Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service - Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized bar area - Train and mentor bar staff to deliver high-quality service and promote upselling - Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive bar revenue - Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner - Monitor and control beverage costs to maximize profitability **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a bar management role or similar position - Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Knowledge of basic math for inventory tracking and financial reporting - Hospitality-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Certification in food safety is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for the hospitality industry to lead our bar team to success.
