Recruiting Account Manager Job Duties include:
- Full Cycle Recruiting.
- Screening, interviewing, and hiring stellar talent.
- Utilizing job boards, career fairs, and advertising to source talent.
- Multi-task between tasks efficiently.
- Setting candidates up for payroll and job preparation.
- Keeping in close communication with clients and candidates on a continued basis.
- Keeping on the "look out" for new job leads and orders.
- Creating creative advertising campaigns.
- Drive to local client sites.
- Using community outreach to create a network to help with placing qualified candidates.
- Work proficiently with our ATS system and other software systems.
- Promote our company and opportunities using Social Media platforms.
Recruiting Account Manager Qualifications:
- Outgoing with an upbeat personality.
- Ability to travel locally between client sites.
- Must own a reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong grammar, spelling, and proof-reading skills.
- Heavy experience meeting with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to take control and successfully complete projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to identify issues and problem solve.
- Experience in customer service, sales, management, or human resources.
- Be a self-starter and possess time management skills.
