Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and promote products to enhance the customer experience.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently
- Promote products through upselling techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage cashier duties effectively
- Sales experience with a focus on wireless, technology, or electronics sales is a plus
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Ability to conduct product demos to educate customers on product features
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Fluency in English for clear communication with customers
