Sewer Equipment is Hiring an E-Commerce Specialist Near Dixon, IL
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with digital team members and the wider business to ensure that products and services meet client needs
- Correct testing-identified problems, or recommend actions for their resolution.
- Identify, standardize, and communicate levels of access and security.
- Administrate updates to website.
- Product Merchandising, updates, and setup of new products.
- Develop and implement SEO content for products, categories, and landing pages.
- Update key skus to incorporate cross-sells/up-sells.
- Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.
- Test issues such as system integration, performance, and system security on a regular schedule or after any major program modifications.
- Perform user testing or usage analyses to determine Web sites' effectiveness or usability.
- Document application and Web site changes or change procedures.
- Track, compile, and analyze Web site usage data.
- Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems.
- Recommend Web site improvements, and develop budgets to support recommendations.
- Permanent full-time role based in Dixon, IL
- Productivity bonus, paid quarterly. Average 2023 annual payout was $12,000. Payouts are based on overall company profitability and attendance.

Requirements
- 2 years of IT experience
- Experience with E-commerce platform(s) or a College degree is preferred
- Some experience with application programming interfaces, online portal admin, web remodels, or online cataloguing, are preferred
- Strong MS365 skills
- Monday through Friday in person role at our Dixon, IL location
Salary Description
$50,000 - $70,000 Annually
