About the Role
Sewer is looking for Skilled Pressure Vessel welders, to qualify for this position you must have 3 - 5 years' experience welding pressure vessels. Sewer Equipment provides their employees with everything they need to succeed. Sewer will provide proper leadership and guidance for you to successfully weld our products to the Sewer standard.
Responsibilities

• Utilize blueprints to manufacture quality assemblies that are water and airtight and have proper weld penetration to withstand extreme pressure.
• Work with department leads to insure proper location of components, along with proper welding technique for specific areas.
• Document actions by completing produced quality control forms.
• Performing related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding to properly fit components
• Maintains a safe clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Wear proper PPE
• Ensure all equipment is properly set up and maintained

Location & Commitments

• Permanent full-time role based in Dixon, IL
• Monday - Thursday 8:00pm - 6:30 am

Benefits Include:
$2.00 an hour shift differential
Productivity Bonus, paid quarterly. Average 2023 payout was $4/hour. Payouts are based on overall company profitability, and attendance
$500 sign on bonus, paid after 90 days of employment
