**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Hardware Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding the right hardware products, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our store.
**Duties:**
- Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Operate Point of Sale system for sales transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to customers.
- Provide technical sales support for hardware products.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a hardware store is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in basic math for inventory tracking and sales transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of technical aspects of hardware products is beneficial.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus for assisting bilingual customers.
