Our 10-bed NeuroRestorative facility located in La Habra Heights, CA, is an in-patient residential setting sub-acute physical rehab. We are a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Registered Nurse

12 hour shifts at $40-$45 per hour base rate OT after 8th hour = $46.67-$52.50 per hour NOC shift differential $2.00/hr

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Accredited RN degree, current state RN license, and current CPR/First Aid certification
• One year of experience
• Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
• Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
