Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Torrance, California. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our residential or commercial properties. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, as well as performing various housekeeping tasks to ensure a comfortable and sanitary environment for our residents or guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, appliances, and countertops.
• Change linens and make beds according to established standards.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, stairways, and lobbies.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents or guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
