Seven Healthcare are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Medsurg/Tele RN to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients with various conditions.

*Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Telemetry role: *
* Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, symptoms, and medical histories
* Administer medication and treatment as per physician orders
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to plan and execute patient care plans
* Ensure that all nursing care is documented accurately and thoroughly in patients' medical records
* Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
*Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Telemetry role: *
* BLS Certification
* ACLS Certification
* NIHSS Certification
* RN License
* 18 months previous experience
