Job Title: RN - MedSurg/Telemetry

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients with various conditions.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Telemetry role:

• Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, symptoms, and medical histories
• Administer medication and treatment as per physician orders
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to plan and execute patient care plans
• Ensure that all nursing care is documented accurately and thoroughly in patients' medical records
• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Telemetry role:

• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• NIHSS Certification
• RN License
• 18 months previous experience
