Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medsurg Tele

Location: Charlotte, NC

Rate: $1900 Weekly

Shift: 36hrs - 3x12hrs - 7a-7p - Days

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medsurg Tele unit in Charlotte, NC. As a Registered Nurse in the Medsurg Tele unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including those requiring medical-surgical and telemetry services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Medsurg Tele unit.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, recognizing and reporting any abnormalities or changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical-surgical/telemetry setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
