As an added bonus, we offer a base pay structure to kickstart your success. You'll receive $25 for each appointment conducted, along with a commission for successfully completing our engaging product presentation. With our lead generation department providing 2-3 pre-approvedappointments daily, your earning potential is virtually limitless!
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential
- Conduct captivating product demonstrations showcasing our furniture offerings
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet targets
- Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of high-ticket commission-only sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
