SERVPRO West Coast DRT is Hiring a Collections Associate Near Encino, CA
Growing company is looking for an amazing Collections Associate. Must have experience with full scope collections and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing customers in QuickBooks
- Resolving overdue bills and collecting payments.
- Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect payments.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
- Submit status reports of unpaid accounts progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with A/R and collections.
- A pleasant but firm demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel.
- Strong communication skills.

Pay: $26.00 - $27.50 per hour
