National fire and flood remediation company looking to add Construction Superintendent to our team!

Assistant Construction Superintendents are responsible for simultaneously managing the production of multiple construction projects. Responsible for collaborating with subcontractors in determining scope of work.

Responsibilities will include:

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Communicate with project team regarding RFI’s, and Material Submittals.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.

Candidate experience requirements include:

• 3 years of experience.
• Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
• Communicate using the following tools: cell phone, email, text.
• Blueprint reading.
• Physically lift up to 50 lbs.
• Monitoring jobsite general health and safety.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
