Primary Role Description: This strategic role for Team Miller is responsible for executing punch-list items as needed for our priority clients as well as support for our Water Mitigation and Reconstruction Teams. Our ideal candidate has some basic janitorial/construction experience and considers themselves as a self-starter! Strong communication skills are important to success as this position will require communicating with our project management team and VIP clients. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic and take pride in their finished product. Many of the projects this candidate will be working on will be commercial and multi-family properties. Ability to work under time constraints as well as specific project requirements and duties. This includes always maintaining a clean workspace and following proper safety precautions and measures. Candidate must possess a strong customer service skillset.

Working Hours and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position, working 7:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. This position may require long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local.
