Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance procedures and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide expertise in the operation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, conveyance system, and electromechanical components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address equipment failures and participate in lean initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Obtain a pharmacy technician in training license and undergo mentoring to become a fully licensed technician.
• Conduct problem analysis, repair, and preventative maintenance procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Accountable for monthly metrics, promoting a culture of safety, and driving cost reduction efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience in facilities maintenance, with expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Willingness to obtain a pharmacy technician in training license and undergo mentoring.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Valid state driver’s license is required. Requires a Journeyman's Card in HVAC or an Associate’s Degree in HVAC; and EPA refrigerant certification.
