Primary Responsibilities
- Supervision of warehouse staff members.
- Ensuring compliance of health and safety policies.
- Manage inbound flow, put away strategy and ensure warehouse space and storage optimization.
- Leads receiving and delivery processes in training, assists in action plans to improve performance, and ensures daily execution.
- Maintains facilities and housekeeping.
- Maintains daily production and accuracy records.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of supervisory or related experience
- 1 year(s) of mechanic or related experience
- Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred
- Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
- Minimum of HSD/GED
- Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Hours
- 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
- 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
